Will I get a confirmation that my order has been received?


Yes, we will email you a confirmation, including your order number, an itemization of the products you ordered and the total amount charged. We will then send an email when we ship your products, including tracking information by USPS.

What are my shipping choices?


We ship all merchandise by US Mail. You can choose Priority or Express Mail for an additional charge.

How long can I expect delivery to take?


Most items are shipped within 24 business hours. We do not process orders or ship on Holidays or Sundays. After processing your order shipping will take the appropriate time allotted depending on the shipping of the United States Postal Service.

Will I be charged tax?


We only collect sales tax for residents of the state of Kentucky

What credit cards do you accept?


We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

How will I know if an item is out of stock?


It will be listed as out of stock in description.

Where do you ship?


We ship to the 50 United States including Alaska and Hawaii

When is my credit card charged?


Your credit card is charged on the day that your product ships.

What is your return policy?


Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are dissatisfied with your product please contact us and we will try to make it right. Merchandise must be returned undamaged, unused in original packaging within 30 days of receipt with a note to explain reason for return. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Alexandra de Markoff no longer accepts returns for any reason.
Please be sure of shade and formula before you place your order. Returns are accepted for defective merchandise at the discretion of B Loftin Cosmetics,

When will I see a refund?


Refunds usually appear on your credit card statement in one to two billing cycles. Since all our online orders require credit cards as a method of payment, your refunds will take the form of a credit back to the same credit card used to make the original purchase. No cash refunds.

May I place a gift order?


Yes, you will be asked for a shipping address, name and phone number when you enter your order. Please enter the gift recipient's information as requested or we will not be able to process the order.

Free Shipping?


Free shipping excludes products that are back ordered and must be shipped separately. All products must be shipped together. One package per web order is complimentary.

What if my package is lost?


All products purchased from the Site are made in agreement pursuant to a shipment contract. Upon the delivery to our carrier of your order, you assume the risk of loss and title for all items.

Will you share or sell or share my E-mail address or other personal information to other businesses?


Never, we do not share or sell your email address or any personal information with any third party businesses or people. Credit card companies only have access to information that is necessary to process and complete your transaction. . To further insure your privacy, all orders are packaged and shipped from our location in Florence, Kentucky.
